We at Cosmosis Global process applications on behalf of our registered students/ clients and proceed with the information and documents as provided by them. For any misrepresentation or fake documents as provided by them would entirely be their responsibility and liability. We will not be responsible for such acts of omission or misrepresentation.

We provide our services to the best of our knowledge and without any prejudice and act on behalf of our students/clients, our associates/Universities.

In this process, as consented by our students and clients, we process their applications to agreed Universities through our associates/ authorized representatives of Universities. We always try to get all the information and communication, approvals/ rejections etc. promptly from them, but if there is any procedural delay or gap in communication, we will keep our students/clients informed about it. Also, it depends solely and entirely on Universities and their representatives to decide the outcome of application or veracity/applicability of any submitted documents or approval of any scholarship/ financial aid and subsequently information is sent to us and students.

We keep all the information and documents provided by Students confidential and share only with concerned universities or their representatives, if any how they share that data with any third party, we will not be liable for it.
Also, it is expected from Students and their parents/ guardians to not share the information about universities or admission process details shared by us with any third party.

Any application fees or University Fees/ Semester Fees etc. as Paid to Universitates through us or directly are not refundable unless approved by respective universities or subject to rules of respective universities.
